We want you to be completely satisfied with your Cowshed purchase, which is why we offer a 28-day return policy for items in their original, unopened condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on beauty products that have been unsealed or used.

Register Your Return
Log into our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back and receive a return authorization.
Pack and Label
Securely package your items to prevent damage during transit and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via our portal.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
